Hey hey!
So I tried a new "pintrecipe". One my husband and I actually really loved. Most I try end up being flops, could be because I'm not the greatest cook unless it comes from a box. But I guess this one was too... Anyways. It's called skinny funfetti dip. Supposed to be reminiscent of the dunkaroos dip we all adored as children, only for an adult. And it's a "skinny" recipe. I altered it just a tad. My version is
1 box of funfetti cake mix
2 cups vanilla yogurt (original called for regular)
1 cup of whipped cream.
Mix it all up and dunk with your favorite treat. Vanilla wafers, animal crackers , graham crackers. Whatever have you.
Another thing I tried to make was old fashion pink popcorn... Did not work out well which stunk because I was hoping to make it for my baby shower. Oh well.
Only 2 more weeks until my shower and things are going by super fast! I had an appointment today and everything was dandy. 32 weeks and she's a little under 4 lbs, I thought that'd be a little big because everywhere you look it says she's supposed to be under 3lbs... But my dr reassured me she's right on schedule in the weight department. My next ultrasound is 6 weeks away so I'll be 38 weeks oh I hope I go in and they just say "let's have this baby!" I just want her healthy. But not a week late like her brother..
Speaking of man that kid is getting more of a personality everyday. The other night I scrapped together some dinner he didn't like so I asked him if I could have it he said no, so I ate it anyway. He comes back in the room and his food is gone he looks at me pointing his finger saying "no mommy take bite, go my wroom!" I was astonished. Sometimes you just have to laugh. But we did take him to the park with this gorgeous weather(except today) and got some nice pictures. I'm glad spring is finally here. Now if my apartment would not be so hot and my hot flashes acting up I'd be okay. But I'd rather have hot flashes then heartburn.
This weekend we are picking up some baby gear so I'm excited. The nesting phase is starting to hit. I actually wanted to clean today haha.
Well that's all the updates for now. :) have a wonderful day!
That's my belly at 30 weeks.
Oh I got another sample in the mail! Kate Spade's Live Colorfully perfume, well more like size of an alcohol swab. But it was wonderfully smelling. And I tested my Tide Pods sample along with the Downy washer bead things they were awesome! Recommend them :)
I am really going now.
